Our crowns officially constitute as an "Artistic Legacy."

Nothing commands the room or demands the spotlight better than our “Hair.” Our hair is a bold fashion statement. A trending topic with no limitations uprooting the ignorance of this world so that expressional freedom has no boundaries. Our threadlike growth highlights an authentic beauty that deeply conditions who we are and who we are destined to be. It invites the public eye into our jaw-dropping, heart-stopping, unapologetic world of Black excellence. Whether kinky, curly, wavy, straight, thick, thin, coarse, or even fine we change and accessorize our crowns with long ponytails, blazing cornrows, bouncy bobs, breathtaking afros, exquisite locs, flashy fades, and a small taste of 360 waves. With the ability to manipulate unfathomable formations and monumental centerpieces our “Natural Hairitage” continues to disrupt the status quo. From thicker follicle sizes to an abundance of protective oils, our strands are no longer relaxed in discrimination nor are they forced to lie down and adapt to change. With pride, our roots speak out to a close-minded world exposing the history of survival and resistance that is wrapped up in every beautiful masterpiece. We have untangled every “not” that suppressed our culture and trimmed every split end that marginalized our existence. Crushing the subliminal messages that taught us to hate our nappy roots and ignore our crowns’ full potential. What we saw as revolutionary you called it dreadful. And what you called distasteful we saw it as extraordinary. Never wavering in the truth that our crowns were fearfully and wonderfully made, so you shaved them to erase that. And yet, the shadows of our crowns still revealed that. Emerging with length. Reclaiming our purpose and executing it with precision. Fulfilling the notion that “Natural Hairitage” was created to stand out and not blend in. We acknowledge that the responsibility of educating America's mainstream falls on any crown born of Black excellence. Despite all the controversy surrounding our distinctive crowns, we will always style with elegance. Respect it or not our hair is the foundation of our identity! And thanks to your infatuation with it, our crowns officially constitute as an "Artistic Legacy." Now let’s talk hair...
